They are made from high-quality knitted fabric with a weight of 250 g/m² (97% cotton, 3% elastane). Thanks to the elastane blend and a specially engineered fiber structure, the material is stretchy and adapts perfectly to the shape of the head without causing pressure, while returning to its original form after removal.

To ensure an ideal anatomical fit, the crown of the cap is precisely designed and constructed using panel stitching, guaranteeing maximum comfort and an aesthetic look.

Every detail of the headwear can be customized according to your individual needs. Decorations such as precise embroidery, screen printing, or modern DTG printing can be applied anywhere on the cap, offering unlimited design possibilities—from subtle logos to large, bold graphics.
