Advanced polyester decoration technology delivering photographic quality, vivid colours and retaining 100% of the fabric's breathability.
Sublimation is a modern, highly advanced textile decoration technology that guarantees exceptional durability and photographic image quality. Unlike traditional methods, the dye does not remain on the surface of the material; under heat and pressure it penetrates directly into the structure of polyester fibres. As a result, the print becomes an integral part of the fabric – completely imperceptible to the touch, resistant to cracking and fading from light, and durable against washing and mechanical wear.
Thanks to our extensive technical facilities and many years of experience, we handle both smaller runs and individual personalisation as well as very large wholesale orders, including sportswear production from patterns and professional flag printing up to 160 cm wide and 200 running metres long. All designs are prepared in-house, and our graphic designers provide professional support at every stage.

Sublimation is a technology for special applications – absolutely indispensable for sportswear, flags and personalised accessories. Learn about its biggest advantages and natural material requirements to make sure it is the ideal choice for your project.
See how your idea turns into a finished product. Our production process combines advanced technology with many years of experience, guaranteeing the highest quality at every stage.
The graphic design is printed in mirror image on specialist paper using top-quality inks. For some products, such as flags, we use direct printing without paper, ensuring 100% colour saturation on the reverse side of the fabric.
Depending on the requirements of the order, we select suitable equipment – efficient calenders for roll printing up to 160 cm wide, smaller heat-transfer devices or precise presses for smaller applications.
Under high pressure and at a temperature of around 200°C, the dye changes into a gas and immediately penetrates the polyester fibres.
The finished material is stabilised at 200°C, guaranteeing its final durability. Finished products are delivered carefully packed in film and on sturdy cardboard cores.
We produce sublimation prints on a wide range of materials. We select the right knit or woven fabric depending on the product you choose.
