A reliable, exceptionally durable printing technique designed for large runs. Discover a method that combines vivid, deep colours with endless possibilities for special effects.
Screen printing is a technique in which ink is precisely pressed through very fine meshes (screens). Because a separate screen is prepared for each colour in the design, this method guarantees exceptional sharpness and colour saturation.
Our workshop is equipped with top-class machinery from global industry leaders. We have precise manual machines for smaller runs and samples, as well as some of the most advanced automatic screen-printing carousels in Poland. This allows us to print at an impressive speed of up to 700 full-colour prints per hour. We handle complex designs (up to 16 colours in one design) on a large working area of up to 48 x 90 cm. Importantly, we use only top-quality eco-friendly inks, free from harmful phthalates.

The classic type of screen print.

Made with a special ink that expands in the dryer under the influence of heat. The ink rises both upwards and sideways.

Used to add gloss to prints or imitate effects such as tears, sweat or blood.

Created by applying ink several times in the same place, producing a high print with sharp edges. A selected design can also be printed on top.
We also have experience with gold, glitter, reflective, glow-in-the-dark and discharge screen printing. If you are interested in any of these techniques, contact us at contact@ultras1312.com, to discuss the details of your order.
Learn about the key advantages and natural limitations of screen printing to make sure it is the right choice for your project.
We carry out the full production cycle – from accepting the order and graphic preparation through screen exposure and printing – 100% in-house, under one roof. We do not use subcontractors, giving us complete control over deadlines and top quality. Our production follows strict technological standards, guaranteeing full repeatability. See how your print is made.
We separate your graphic design into its individual colour components. A separate dedicated screen must be created for each colour.
Special printing screens are evenly coated with a layer of photosensitive emulsion, preparing them for exposure.
The design from the film is precisely transferred to the prepared screen using strong UV light.
The unexposed emulsion is washed away with water, leaving a perfectly reproduced, permeable stencil of your design on the screen.
We select and mix eco-friendly inks with great precision to reproduce the colours in your design as accurately as possible.
The prepared screens are mounted on carousels, where ink is precisely pressed through the mesh directly onto the fabric to create an exceptionally durable print.

We aim to complete all printing work within 48 hours (this time covers printing only; subsequent production stages are not included). In periods of exceptionally high workload, this may be extended to a maximum of 72 hours, which we always communicate before finally accepting the order for production.
