Every pattern or image has to be recreated from scratch in embroidery software. We define the stitch count, stitch angle and embroidery area, and convert the details into a visualisation. This tells the machine exactly how to guide the needle.
We select the appropriate colour (from more than 370 available) and thread thickness according to the customer’s order specifications.
Before full production, we always make test embroideries to be 100% sure that the program is correctly designed and the visual result is perfect.

The total cost consists of: program preparation, the embroidery process and cleaning the finished product.

As standard, embroidery orders are completed within 4 working days (this time covers embroidery only and does not include other production stages). The lead time depends on the size and complexity of the order. During exceptionally busy periods it may be extended by up to an additional 72 hours – we always inform you of this before accepting the order.
