How are the knitted scarves made?

These scarves are made of acrylic yarn. There can be up to 7 colors in each scarf. Both sides can be different. Scarf size is 17cm in width and 125-130 cm in length. We adjust it depending on your design to avoid stretching important elements like emblems, logos

Tassels/fringes

In standard, we stitch in regular tassels like in other scarves types. Tassels can be one-colored or mixed colors. Sometimes You ask us to make knitted scarves without any tassels. No problem with that, just let us know before production

What design can we knit?

Knitted scarves have their limitations. Each side of the scarf is made of about 650x90 loops. Loop is like a pixel on a computer. You can change your file size to a 650x90 pixels file and see how details look. If you think it`s not satisfying you might consider ordering High Density knitted scarves

Sewn-in sector caps are the perfect solution for fans, sports clubs, and ultras groups who want to create a unique stadium display. They are made of 70 g/m² polyester, which ensures lightness, durability, and the ability to be easily painted with spray paint or regular paint, so you can create your own, original designs.

We offer two versions of the material:

- standard – soft and easy to personalize

- B1 – The fabric meets the DIN 4102 standard, class B1 (flame-retardant material), meeting safety requirements for stadiums and mass events. The flame-retardant B1 version comes with a dedicated paper certificate, and each sector cap has a sewn-in label confirming the material's flame retardancy.

Sector caps are available in various sizes and colors, and can be single-colored or multi-colored, matching club colors or your own design. They are sewn from 1.5-meter-wide strips and finished with a flat seam to prevent fraying. Properly used flags will last for many matches, but if you want a material that is particularly tear-resistant, choose a printed flag.

On special request, the flag can be equipped with chrome eyelets for easier installation at the stadium or indoors.

Car flags with a custom print are a great way to promote your car on the go, showcasing sporting events, marketing campaigns, and special events. They are made of lightweight 70 g/m² polyester fabric, making them perfect for driving.

The flags are double-sided (the graphics on the other side are mirrored), and the sublimation print ensures intense colors, high-quality detail, and durability.

We offer two standard flag sizes, but upon request (when ordering larger quantities), we can make longer, square flags, or any custom shape. Each flag is equipped with a special pole that attaches to the top of the car window, perfectly fitting the product. The flags are not sewn – only the pole tunnel is made, ensuring aesthetics, lightness, and free flowing fabric.
