The cap is made of 100% brushed cotton with a high weight of 290 g/m². This material is extremely soft, breathable, and at the same time very durable. This model features a stiffened front panel and a stitched visor, ensuring it maintains its perfect shape even with very intensive use. Additional comfort is provided by the incorporated 6 embroidered eyelets in the crown, which ensure excellent ventilation, as well as a metal adjustable closure, allowing for a perfect fit on any head.

This headwear serves as an excellent base for your design. Decorations in the form of precise and durable embroidery can be applied to most areas of the cap (excluding the visor), including the back adjustable strap (also for hook-and-loop variants).

The product usually does not have a label, which greatly facilitates rebranding, but upon special request, we can sew in your own pre-designed label. We are also flexible to your needs – upon request, we can offer other models (e.g., different six-panel variants or with alternative closures) and fulfill orders for children's caps.
